Sivaji Builders was formed in 1996 as Mr Sivaji Jaganathan as its Managing Director and Ms Chitra Sivaji as one of the directors. From their previous experiences, they were sure that good quality naturally led to good business.

Their first premium project, 'Sivaji Sapphire', a super luxury apartment at Jawahar Nagar was a wonderful success. Located at the most sought-after residential area in Trivandrum city, this project turned many respected dignitaries of Kerala into the company’s valued customers.
